The duplex has a size of 75 square
meters and consists of a large room on the ground floor with
living and dining room area including sofa bed and TV, and
kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob, fridge / freezer and
microwave. Bathroom with toilet and shower. The first floor
consists of two rooms with four beds and a cot. In a separate
room is a washing mashine.
The house was built largely of organic material
(wood, paint, varnish, etc.), according to Swedish standards
and specifications. The furniture consists mainly of solid
wood.
The house is strictly
non-smoking. Pets can not be accommodated.

All prices include electricity, water,
TV, washing machine. The rooms are cleaned by the guest.
